So Colorado has had a nasty dry spell that's been going on for a couple years now, if not more. Here is the result of what's called an 'upslope' storm. We got all this in just over 48 hours.

We finally got some moisture!! It started on Monday as rain, then froze overnight with the snow coming down in heavy wet flakes all of Tuesday (pic above is Tuesday night). Wednesday morning I managed to clear away some of the drive way (below).
